Each client will be provided with periodic bills, these bills will illustrate users gas consumptions, all services, and fees. At the time you open the online payment you will find the total amount you have to pay.

A fixed online fees will be mentioned and added on each payment.

If a successful payment in the Site is done we will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your payment, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is error in our server. You may, for time to time, access to the Site to track your bills and Payments. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. We accept credit card payments online. Please note that we do not store customer’s / user’s credit card information

All bills & prices on Royal Development for Gas Works are in United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED). Royal Development for Gas Works reserves the right to change prices without notice at our discretion. You can pay your bills securely online on our website with your MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card in AED.

Please note Royal Development for Gas Works does not receive/store any credit card details. All credit card information and data will be processed the merchant payment gateway.

Time Delivery       

Payments are processed within 24 hours, it may take two working days to appear in the website and be saved in all company systems.

We make every effort to process the payment within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay.

In case the customer make several payments on the same bill, each payment will be processed as separate transaction, and processed separately.

Knowing that the service is to enable the clients from paying their bills, there will be no physical delivery for any products.

Refunds

As our customer pay for provided service, there is no refund for your payments unless the client payments amount is over the client due amount and the client would terminate the contract.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
